Frequently asked questions
What does Pathfinder Sports Management cost?
Pathfinder is $599 per year plus a one-time $299 onboarding fee. Registration and sponsorship payments carry a per-transaction processing fee of 3.5% + $0.75, which you can choose to absorb or pass through to the payer. There's no cost to browse or set up your organization before you're ready to open registration.
How do payments and payouts actually work?
Your organization connects its own Stripe account (Stripe Connect). Registration fees, sponsorship payments, and merch orders are charged directly to that account, and payouts to your bank follow Stripe's normal payout schedule. Pathfinder never holds your organization's funds.
Can we use our own domain name for our website?
Yes. Connect a domain you already own and Pathfinder verifies it via DNS and issues HTTPS automatically. If you don't have a domain yet, your site is still reachable on a Pathfinder subdomain.
Do you support digital liability waivers?
Yes. Waivers are versioned, so editing your waiver text later never rewrites what a guardian already signed — each signature is permanently tied to the exact wording they agreed to, along with a timestamp.
Can we sell team merchandise through the platform?
Yes. Add items with photos and a price, and they’re sold directly from your public site with guest checkout — no separate online store to manage.
