A branded website on your own domain
Publish a professional site for your camp with your colors, logo, session schedule, and news — on a custom domain with automatic DNS verification and HTTPS, no separate web host required.

Whether you run a single week of summer camp, a full season of day-camp sessions, or an ongoing after-school program, Pathfinder gives your camp one place to handle registration, medical and emergency forms, session fees, and a real website — without paper forms or a spreadsheet for every session.
Camps run on registration deadlines, medical and allergy forms that actually need to be read before day one, and per-session fees that have to be collected before a camper shows up. Whether it's one week in June or sessions running all summer, the operational load is the same: get families registered, collect payment, and know exactly who's coming and what to watch for.
Most camp fees are one-time, per session — but if you run an ongoing after-school or year-round program instead, the same system handles recurring monthly billing too.
Every part of running a camp — the public-facing side and the back-office side — lives in the same system, so nothing has to be entered twice.
Publish a professional site for your camp with your colors, logo, session schedule, and news — on a custom domain with automatic DNS verification and HTTPS, no separate web host required.
Charge a flat one-time fee per session — the norm for most camps — or turn on recurring monthly billing for an ongoing after-school or year-round program. Each program is billed however it actually gets billed.
Every registration collects camper and guardian details, medical notes, allergies, and emergency contacts through a guided flow. Liability waivers are versioned and e-signed, with every signature time-stamped and tied to the exact wording the signer agreed to.
Session fees and merch orders are collected through your camp's own connected Stripe account. Payouts land in your bank on Stripe's normal schedule — see every transaction, refund, and payout from your dashboard.
Build rosters by session and program, and scope staff access so a counselor sees only their own group's roster — not the whole camp's enrollment and payment history.
Sell camp t-shirts, water bottles, or spirit gear directly from your public site, with a photo gallery for each item and guest checkout. Buyers get an automatic confirmation email once you mark an order fulfilled.
Every registration already collects medical notes, allergies, and emergency contact information as part of sign-up — it's on file and searchable from your dashboard, not buried in a folder in the camp office.
Each session or week runs as its own program in one dashboard, with its own roster and fee, so you're not rebuilding your process from scratch every time a new session opens.
Registration fees are collected online at signup, through your own connected Stripe account — no more chasing checks or cash the morning camp starts.
A Facebook page isn't a registration system, and a static site from years ago can't be touched without a developer. You can edit your session schedule, news, and sponsors yourself, any time.
An admin signs up, creates the organization, and claims the workspace — this takes a couple of minutes and just needs an email address.
Add your branding, connect a custom domain if you have one, create your classes or sessions with fees, and connect Stripe so you're ready to collect payments — one-time or recurring monthly.
Publish your site, open registration, and manage the rest — rosters, payments, sponsors, staff, and news — from one dashboard.
Not everyone needs to see everything. Roles are scoped so an instructor or coach only sees their own roster, a merch manager only sees the store, and whoever handles the books can manage payments without needing owner-level access to everything else.
Pathfinder is $599 per year plus a one-time $299 onboarding fee. Payments carry a per-transaction processing fee (3.5% + $0.75 for one-time fees, or a flat 5% on recurring monthly billing), which you can choose to absorb or pass through to the payer for one-time fees. There's no cost to browse or set up your camp before you're ready to open registration.
Yes. Each session or week is its own program with its own fee, capacity, age range, and registration window — set up once per session, or copy an existing one as a starting point.

Yes. If you run an ongoing after-school or year-round program instead of one-time sessions, that program can be set to recurring monthly billing — families are charged automatically every month through Stripe until canceled.
Yes. Connect a domain you already own and Pathfinder verifies it via DNS and issues HTTPS automatically. If you don't have a domain yet, your site is still reachable on a Pathfinder subdomain.
Yes. Staff roles are scoped so a counselor only sees their own group's roster — not other sessions, payments, or camp settings. Owners and admins control who has which role.
Yes. Add items with photos and a price, and they're sold directly from your public site with guest checkout — no separate online store to manage. Buyers get an automatic email with tracking info once you mark an order fulfilled.
Pathfinder works the same way for any program where kids sign up and pay a fee.
Start with a branded public site and open registration, then run the rest — payments, rosters, sponsors, and merch — from one dashboard.
